PUBLIC DATA. ONE SIMPLE LOOKUP.Registries publish each domain’s creation and expiry dates through RDAP, the modern replacement for WHOIS. WhoHostIt reads that record directly, then works out the domain age and the number of days left until the expiry date.
The registry expiry date isn’t always your renewal deadline. Registrars can renew early, auto-renew, or bill on their own schedule, so check your registrar account before relying on it.
Enter the domain above. The Registration section shows the expiry date from the registry, plus the registrar, so you know where the domain is renewed.
Domain age is counted from the registration date in the registry record. If a domain lapsed and was registered again, its age restarts from the new registration.
Some country-code registries, such as .de, don’t offer RDAP or don’t publish expiry dates. For those, check the registry’s own WHOIS service.
